Well, this is a bit late on, but you may still be interested to know that there is a transcription of Principia Ethica currently in progress at fair-use.org. So far it’s only gotten out to the beginning of the Open Question Argument (up to article 11 in Chapter I), but new material is being added on a fairly regular basis.
