Every week. Armand Bennett was unarmed. He was shot while running away. He survived the shooting in the ICU. The charges were a bullshit marijuana possession beef and a bullshit “possession of a weapon” beef. It took a while for people to find out about it because NOPD sat on the story for days and refused to release any public information about it. The shooter’s name is Officer Lisa Lewis, NOPD. She opened fire because she claims there was an “altercation,” which left her with a “minor hand injury.” #AbolishThePolice
