Facebook: Air Force Uses Martin Luther King Jr. to Promote Nuclear Warfare
I remember reading a story a few years ago at Truthout that was making snarky jokes about how one of these years they were going to launch a new naval destroyer, the USS Martin Luther King, or maybe a new line of MLK Ground Dominator drone aircraft. As often happens, reality has exceeded the modest predictions of satire: since not even the bitterest joker came up with the idea of summoning his memory for an unwilling posthumous endorsement for the fucking atomic-powered Second Horseman of the Apocalypse.
