Coffee enthusiasts: so, I make a lot more coffee at home now than I used to, and I buy fresh beans from a local roaster. I don’t have a dedicated coffee grinder, and it’ll be a little while before I have the money to buy a separate appliance for my kitchen. So in the absence of a burr mill, what I actually do is to grind the coffee beans just before I brew the coffee on a high setting in my kitchen blender. Am I missing out on an important aspect of human flourishing (Y/N)? If so, what am I losing out on by not having a burr mill?
